4. Order Processing & Warehouse Turnaround

• Order Verification: Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking) are immediately approved for fulfillment. COD orders undergo a brief automated phone or SMS verification within 24 hours.
• Processing Time: Orders are packaged in secure tamper-evident materials within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.
• Dispatch Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.

5. Live Shipment Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center:

• You will receive an automated SMS and email notification containing the logistics courier name and your unique tracking AWB number.
• You can click directly on the tracking link in the notification to check the real-time movement of your parcel.

7. Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to reach you. If you are unavailable, the delivery personnel will contact you on the registered mobile number. If the parcel remains undelivered after 3 attempts or incorrect address details, it will return to our origin hub, and our support team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch or a refund.

8. Damaged Parcels at Delivery

Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the parcel. If the tamper-evident security tape is broken or the carton appears physically crushed, please refuse the delivery and notify our care team immediately at support@leakmasti.shop or +91 98765 43210. We will expedite a fresh replacement immediately.
